1. The directory

These terms apply to SaaS Build Directory at saasbuilddirectory.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The directory helps developers, founders and teams discover tools across the stages of building a SaaS, including development, AI, infrastructure, payments, launch and growth. We provide directory information; the listed tools are operated by their respective providers.

2. Accounts and access

Browsing public listings does not require an account. New account registration is temporarily closed. Existing accounts can sign in; directory content is maintained by administrators. Use accurate account information and protect your Google or GitHub account, mailbox, verification codes and magic links. Do not share sign-in credentials or access someone else's account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have the appropriate permission to use the service.

3. Directory information and corrections

• The directory is maintained by our editors. Public tool submissions are temporarily closed. Descriptions, website links, categories, prices and offers may change or contain errors.
• Tool names, logos and screenshots identify the respective providers. Contact us if information is inaccurate or material infringes your rights; include the listing URL and supporting details.
• We do not require providers to link back to this directory.
• We may correct or remove listings that are misleading, irrelevant, inaccessible or in breach of these terms.
• Contact us with the listing URL if a correction or removal is needed.

4. Directory access and tool prices

Browsing the directory is free. We are not currently selling listing or promotion services. Prices and discounts shown for listed tools relate to those providers' services, not to a fee charged by SaaS Build Directory.

Check the provider's current prices and terms before purchasing a tool. We do not process those purchases or guarantee traffic, sales, search rankings or results from using a listed tool.

5. Content and intellectual property

Tool names, logos and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners. Our branding and original directory content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact us with the listing URL and details of your claim so we can investigate.

6. Third-party tools, offers and partner links

A listing, repository link, discount or partner link does not guarantee a tool's quality, security, license, availability or suitability. Verify current prices, licenses and offer conditions with the provider. Deals may expire or be changed by the provider.

Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases, accounts and disputes with those providers are separate from SaaS Build Directory. Where a link is identified as an affiliate or partner offer, we may receive a commission under that provider's program.

7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the directory for spam, impersonation, fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorized access. Do not bypass authentication, abuse our email endpoints, or interfere with the site's operation. We may restrict access or suspend an account for abuse or a breach of these terms.

The directory is provided as available. Listings and functionality may change, and outages or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party tools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, listing and website usage information is handled. We may update these terms as the directory evolves and will update the date above.
